Notice to all candidates writing the Government Mine Surveyors Certificate of Competency.

 

As a result of the promulgation of the Mine Health and Safety Amendment Act, 2009 (Act No 74 of 2009) on 17th April 2008 by notice in the Government Gazette No. 32140 as well as the promulgation of amendments to Regulations contained in Chapter 17  of the Act on 27th May 2011 by notice in the Government Gazette No.34308 the Mining Legislation syllabus for the Certificate of Competency for Mine Surveyors has also been amended to reflect these changes.
